ARM: dts: imx6ul-tx6: fix padctl for USDHC1_CLK

The padctl value for USDHC1_CLK has erroneously been set to 0x7099
(DSE=3). The correct value for DSE is 6 (0x70b1) like for the other
USDHC1 pads.
