imx6: novena: Reinstate missing CONFIG_FAT_WRITE

Commit a380ce6e9698257c4e8be4c0711b09c90a8febff removed CONFIG_FAT_WRITE
from novena.h , so Novena lost ability to write FAT partitions. Add this
functionality back.
