authorArnd Bergmann <arndb@de.ibm.com>

committerPaul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
Tue, 1 Nov 2005 10:02:53 +0000 (21:02 +1100)
During the conversion to the merge tree, the Cell specific
SMP initialization was removed from the pSeries code.

This creates a new Cell specific SMP implementation file.
