Writing "0x00" to the USBOTGSS_IRQENABLE_SET_MISC and
USBOTGSS_IRQENABLE_SET_0 doesn't disable the interrupts. Used
USBOTGSS_IRQENABLE_CLR_MISC and USBOTGSS_IRQENABLE_CLR_0 instead.
