mtd: nand: oxnas_nand: fix build errors on arch/um, require HAS_IOMEM

Fix build errors on arch/um, which does not support HAS_IOMEM,
while the oxnas_nand.c driver uses interfaces that are
supplied by HAS_IOMEM.
