karo: tx28: cleanup config file

- indentation cleanup
- remove bogus 'fdtaddr' setting in default env for
  CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE (copied from TX6)
- remove unused options CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_SECT and CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS
